Here it is! What was once an outdated wedding dress that covered up way too much of the body is now a modern and romantic gown, ready for a beautiful bride. I ended up removing the lining material in the front and the back to give it just the right amount of pizzazz. I also traded out the long puffy sleeves for light, scalloped flutter sleeves. All of the buttons got a location change and the collar was trimmed down to follow the lace pattern. This classic style of dress is so versatile that I can see it being worn at a quaint backyard garden wedding with simple accessories and natural hair or at a glamorous and lavish ballroom wedding with a fancy up-do and jewels. It is now up in the shop and looking for a happy home. Enjoy your Friday!
