Today's post is a fun 1960's pink dress that I found recently. It's a short cocktail length dress with long sleeves and a raised collar. The skirt part is really great! It's fully pleated with tiny pleats that continue down to create a very flouncy and full lower section. The lightweight chiffon material keeps it soft, the button details on the sleeves gives it a touch of the mod look, and the vibrant neon coral-pink material make a bold statement. Check it out in the shop soon!
Well if this doesn't brighten up your Sunday I don't know what will! It's a 1960's chiffon shift that is a perfect shade of buttery, sunshine yellow . It's a short, simple shape and has long, unlined sheer sleeves. The small mandarin collar and matching cuffs have a braided finish to them with an iridescent thread that is woven throughout. There is also slight gathering at the front of the collar to provide ease in the fit. This is a really fun piece! Check it out in the shop today!
Oh la la! What do you think about this beauty?!? It's a dress from the 1960's that was handmade and has no label. It has two parts to it.; a black fitted dress with criss-cross straps and a loose top layer. The top layer is made of a thin black chiffon material and is gathered at the collar to produce a full and flowy effect. It's just beautiful in person. The fitted dress has a zipper along the back and the chiffon layer has a black collar with a hook and eye closure at the back of the neck. The ethereal look that the chiffon layer gives to the whole ensemble is romantic and timeless. This is the perfect LBD (Little Black Dress) and would be a stunning fancy date night outfit. It would be amazing paired with fun earrings, an up-do, and pumps! Check it out today in the Etsy shop!
