This 1950's cocktail dress is such a stunner! It has amazing pleated ruching that cascades from one side to the other and really creates a beautiful shape. Today's post is a fun 1960's pink dress that I found recently. It's a short cocktail length dress with long sleeves and a raised collar. The skirt part is really great! It's fully pleated with tiny pleats that continue down to create a very flouncy and full lower section. The lightweight chiffon material keeps it soft, the button details on the sleeves gives it a touch of the mod look, and the vibrant neon coral-pink material make a bold statement. Check it out in the shop soon!
Isn't this just the quintessential 1950's party dress? The rich cheery red color, preppy design, and full skirt make it perfect for a holiday event or fancy party. It's a Betty Lane Original and includes a detachable small red crinoline that ties around the waist. The cinched waist and petite bow are adorable and really make the look complete; just like a perfectly wrapped present! It has a boat neck front collar that creates a deep v shape into the back which leads to a metal zipper. This pretty piece is up for sale today in the Etsy shop, so be sure to stop by!
