You cant ever have too many little black dresses, right? This is a classic LBD with a sleeveless lace top and a layered skirt. It has tiers of black fabric that go from the waist down to the knee area. It's simple, yet detailed enough with the pretty lace pattern to wear at as a nice cocktail dress or out on a date night. The modest top equals out the short, but not "too" short, skirt to make it appropriate for many occasions. It's great as a warm weather dress, but when the weather gets cooler it would even look wonderful with colored tights and cute booties! Check it out in the shop today!
Oh la la! What do you think about this beauty?!? It's a dress from the 1960's that was handmade and has no label. It has two parts to it.; a black fitted dress with criss-cross straps and a loose top layer. The top layer is made of a thin black chiffon material and is gathered at the collar to produce a full and flowy effect. It's just beautiful in person. The fitted dress has a zipper along the back and the chiffon layer has a black collar with a hook and eye closure at the back of the neck. The ethereal look that the chiffon layer gives to the whole ensemble is romantic and timeless. This is the perfect LBD (Little Black Dress) and would be a stunning fancy date night outfit. It would be amazing paired with fun earrings, an up-do, and pumps! Check it out today in the Etsy shop!
Ever need a simple, ladylike, cocktail dress for an evening event? Well, here it is! This lovely piece is from the 1950's and was handmade. It is cocktail length and has a satin skirt covered in black chiffon with a nude top portion that is covered with a black floral lace. There is a zipper that goes down the back for fit and a small slit that comes up from the back of the hem. An interesting design detail is the double spaghetti straps. They criss-cross each other and give a little something unexpected. This piece is so timeless and classic that it almost looks modern! It would be perfect with some sparkly jewelry and black pumps!
